Prototyping the real economy

We learn by building in place, with real constraints and real partners.

Theories are useful, but the real economy is shaped by daily decisions, logistics, and relationships. We prototype in the places where life happens: kitchens, fields, community rooms, and governance circles.

Each experiment is an opportunity to test a different pattern of ownership, care, or exchange. We document what works, what fails, and what needs another season to mature.

Over time, these prototypes become a shared library for regenerative practice.
